BOOKING NORMS FOR WEEKENDS AND LONG WEEKENDS

OFF-SEASON ADVANCE BOOKING
 
Off-season booking (whether weekday, weekend or long weekend) can be made only 3 months in advance of arrival date. (Season Bookings to be made on the dates specified in circulars sent ahead of each season). Booking desk will remain closed for one month from 1st to 31st July every year as Club remains closed for three months due to monsoons. Bookings for Post monsoon will start from 1st August.

GROUP BOOKINGS
 
a.
Members may make ”group bookings„ during any weekday or weekend but not during any long weekend.
b.
The booking is for a minimum of 10 double occupancy rooms and a maximum of 19 rooms (Up to booking of 15 rooms, minimum of 10 double occupancy rooms will be charged and on booking of more than 15 rooms minimum of 12 double occupancy rooms will be charged).
c.
All Group Bookings are for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days
d.
Group Booking are accepted only Four Months prior to the date of Occupation.
e.
Rs.20,000/- must be deposited by the Member for Group Booking on receipt of confirmation of booking request from The Club.
f.
50 % Advance payment of the total amount payable for Group stay would be made at least 15 days prior to the day of occupancy along with a complete list of Temporary Member with information like names, Age and food preferences (Veg/N.Veg) of all Temporary Member. Balance payment would be made at the time of Check-in along with original Deposit Slips of advance already made for verification.
g.
Group Booking norms will now apply for all months of the year excluding season periods and long weekends. For Group bookings, 10 rooms of C block (old and new) and 9 rooms of A block only are permitted to be allotted even if member is accompaning.

 General Norms for Off Season bookings
  Members may book for themselves and persons introduced by them as Temporary Members  in off-season during weekdays, weekends and long-weekends, subject to the following
a.
During weekdays, one member can book a maximum total of nine rooms for himself and such Temporary Members. Children below the age of 10 would not get seperate room.
b.
During weekends and long-weekends
 
i
Following 19 Rooms will be earmarked for allotment to Members only, up to 14 days prior to any weekend i.e. for Friday, & Saturday. These rooms will not be allotted even to their accompanied Temporary Members   except immediate family members i.e. Parents, Parent in laws and children.
  • B Block: 9 Rooms
  • C Block (old): 2 Rooms
  • C Block (New): 2 Rooms
  • D Block: 4 Rooms
  • E BLock: 2 Rooms

 If rooms earmarked for Members are vacant 14 days prior to occupation, these could be released for Temporary Members  .
iii
 Following 16 Rooms will be earmarked for Allotment to Temporary Members  :-
  • A Block: 9 Rooms
  • C Block (Old): 4 rooms
  • C Block (New): 2 Rooms
  • E Block: - 1 Room
c.
 Members will only be permitted to book 1 Room (for self) + 2 Rooms (for Temporary Members  ) making a total of maximum 3 Rooms over any weekend/long weekend. Children below the age of 10 would not get separate room. Maids, Attendants & Nurses will not be considered as a guest nor given a seperate room.
d.
Members can book a maximum of 2 Rooms over any weekend for their unaccompanied Temporary Members  subject to availability of rooms earmarked for Temporary Members.Children below the age of 10 would not get separate room. Maids, Attendants & Nurses will not be considered a a guest nor given a seperate room.
e.

A margin of two days at both ends of the season period will be kept blocked to avoid the overlapping of room allotment of the season period with the off-season. Booking for this margin period will be either accepted and confirmed with the season bookings or opened after the allotment of the season booking requests.
